Can You Work From Existing Plans or Site Drawings?
Yes. We can work from customer-provided layouts, plans, drawings, or specifications to complete your line marking project. Providing an approved design or detailed layout helps ensure the finished markings are installed accurately and meet your intended requirements.
We regularly work from plans for projects such as car parks, warehouses, factories, commercial facilities, schools, and industrial sites. Supplied drawings can include details such as parking layouts, traffic flow markings, safety zones, pedestrian areas, stencilling, and other required markings.
While we can install markings based on provided plans and specifications, we do not provide design, engineering, traffic planning, or formal compliance advice. Customers should ensure that supplied layouts and drawings have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate person or consultant before installation.

Can You Assist With Line Marking Design, Layout Planning, or Safety Requirements?
We specialise in the professional application of line marking and surface preparation services. While we have extensive experience installing a wide range of line marking solutions, we do not provide design, layout planning, traffic management plans, or formal OHS/WHS compliance advice.
Our team is happy to work from customer-supplied designs, plans, or specifications and can provide general guidance based on our experience with line marking applications. However, we are not qualified safety consultants, engineers, or compliance specialists, and we cannot provide formal advice regarding workplace safety requirements, legislative compliance, or risk assessments.
For commercial, industrial, and public facilities, we recommend engaging an appropriately qualified professional to develop layouts and ensure they meet relevant safety standards and site requirements before line marking installation begins.
Schools and Educational Facilities
We regularly complete line marking projects for schools, including playground markings, car parks, pedestrian areas, sports courts, and safety zones. We can assist with the installation of markings based on an approved design or a school-provided layout. However, we do not create playground designs, develop educational activity layouts, or determine safety requirements for school environments. We recommend schools consult with their relevant governing bodies, designers, or safety professionals to ensure proposed layouts meet all required standards before installation.
Once a design or layout has been approved, our experienced team can provide professional surface preparation and high-quality line marking services to deliver a clean, durable, and accurate finished result.
Can You Remove Existing Line Markings and Install a New Layout?
Yes. We can remove existing line markings and install a completely new layout to suit your current operational, traffic, or compliance requirements. Whether you’re redesigning a car park, updating a warehouse, changing traffic flow, or refreshing worn-out markings, we can manage the process from removal through to the application of new line markings.
The removal method we use depends on the type of existing marking and the condition of the surface. We commonly use diamond grinding to remove paint, thermoplastic, epoxy coatings, and outdated markings while creating a smooth surface ready for new line marking. For concrete surfaces, shot blasting can also be used to remove coatings and prepare the substrate by creating an ideal surface profile for maximum adhesion. In some cases, water blasting may be suitable for removing loose or deteriorated markings.
Once the old markings have been removed, we inspect the surface and complete any required preparation before applying the new layout. This ensures the new line markings achieve strong adhesion, sharp definition, and long-lasting performance.
