In collaboration with Melbourne schools, Linemarking Solutions can transform a school playground into a vibrant, interactive and educational space. We have recently had the pleasure of working on a playground with a primary school in Ascot Vale, Melbourne.

Ascot Vale Heights School (AVHS) is a small special school in Melbourne. It has excellent facilities and programs for students. We were engaged to create school playground linemarkings in their Ascot Vale premises. The ideas included educational games on a concrete surface, adjacent to their basketball court.

We worked together with the school team to identify some key play areas that we thought the children would love. We ensured that all line marking options met the needs of teachers and support staff at Ascot Vale Heights. In addition, we also verified the games we chose would meet all safety standards and would be sure to inspire creativity in the children.

The Alphabet Snake, 4-square game and number grid look cohesive and balanced in this space. They are colourful and encourage open-ended play amongst the children, which ensures that the space remains suitable for use across multiple year levels. The children can play how they wish, and to their own learning ability.

Linemarking Solutions will only apply line marking paint of the highest quality. For this school playground line marking in Ascot Vale, we used a combination of Acrylic non slip base coat (Mapei) and Roadmaster lines (Dulux). This paint has the following benefits:
